My girlfriend was triggered yesterday but didn’t shut down, didn’t dissociate at all, was able to leave the house and talk to people, and we even managed to have a pretty good day. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her react so well to a triggering event in the whole two years that we have been together. It feels really rewarding after all of the rough times we have worked...
